Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please email our customer support team at sales@livingantiques.in  with your request, We encourage you to submit any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return request.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?

While we strive to minimize any such incidents, some items may run out of stock during periods of high demand. In all such cases, our customer support team will contact you and initiate a refund request.

For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

You can also choose to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock by entering your email in the Back in Stock notification form on the respective product’s page.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a number of different payment methods:

  • Online Payment using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or online wallets. We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and support netbanking for 50+ banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – this service is available only in select pincodes in India. You can check if COD is available for your pincode on the Shopping Cart page. Also, COD is available only for total order amount less than or equal to Rs. 10,000.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do offer COD in most, but not all, pincodes in India. COD service is available only if the total order amount is less than or equal to Rs. 10,000, and a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for all COD orders. You can check if COD is available for your pincode on the Shopping Cart page.

Please note: After placing a COD order, you will receive an automated phone call to confirm the order. In case you miss the call, you will receive an SMS with a link to confirm your order. If you do not confirm your order within 24 hours of placing it, it will be cancelled automatically.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be charged during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location

Typical Transit Time By Delivery Location:

  • Within Delhi NCR: 1 to 2 working days
  • Metros: 3 to 5 working days
  • Non-Metros and Interiors: 3-10 working days

Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicational only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Returns and Refunds

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request for a product within 7 days of receiving it, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:

  • Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as “Final Sale”. We recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s page on our website.
  • Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition.
  • Any item where the return request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Do you offer reverse pickup? Are there any additional charges for this service?

Yes, we offer a reverse-pickup service in most, but not all, pincodes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, a nominal restocking fee of Rs. 100 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount.

if your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at J-54 Ashok Vihar Phase-1 New Delhi – 110052. As you prepare the product for shipment, please ensure that:

  • The product is packed safely with adequate protection from breakage during transit. To the extent possible, try packing it just like you received it.
  • All labels and tags are intact and included with the product, alongwith the invoice.
  • You mention your order number on your shipment.

What about the refundable amount?

For Prepaid Orders
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.

For Cash on Delivery Orders
You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases.
Please note: The entire value of the discount code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders.

Finally, please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or refund.
